i have had A LOT of people asking me how they can start going to the gym, which they’ve been avoiding for numerous reasons, whether they don’t know what to do or it’s embarrassing, and etc. so i thought it’d be a great post!

I always freak out when my husband touches my stomach, now. I’m working so hard to get back to my pre-baby body or something similar! :(
Today’s Workout
Worked out on my treadmill for two hours today, an hour in the morning & an hour at night. Scale isn’t changing. Actually, this morning I weighed 129.4 - very discouraging, but I have to say, when I first started jogging, I could barely last for a whole minute & now, I can jog for a whole five minutes at a time. It might not seem like much to some, but I’m proud of my progress. :)
The best thing about working out is that you’ll never regret it. If you push yourself through the sweat and pain, it’ll always be worth it. And you’ll feel incredible when you’re finished.
